Windrush - Pet Friendly- a unique, architecturally designed beach house featuring 4 bedrooms, each with an adjacent private bath. Located in North Litchfield, this home is nestled amongst the trees on a wooded lot and features great outdoor living spaces - a large deck and screened porches - as well as great gathering spaces inside. Enjoy mornings and evenings sitting on the east-facing deck, listening to ocean waves, bird watching, and just socializing with friends and family. Architectural features of this home include a living area ceiling that vaults up to the second-floor loft sitting area, seasoned heart pine floors, wood paneling on walls, an open plan living area on the main floor, and a sitting area in the loft upstairs. A covered staircase leads from the under-house carport to the main level, where one enters the house. An enclosed outside hot/cold shower is off the deck on the main floor. Tall windows let in natural light and views of the low country wooded surroundings.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area has a view of the deck. The master bedroom with a private bath is located on the main floor, plus one guest room with a bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a daybed. The 2nd floor features a loft sitting area and a small screened porch with a rocking chair. Two bedrooms and two baths are on the 2nd floor. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, and bedroom 4 has a queen bed. No Smoking. Dogs are allowed with applicable fees.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
