Very convenient location and nice size for 2-4 people. Lacked some basic equipment-for example there were only two coffee cups, few towels and of poor quality, not enough bath soap, heat not adequate for the very cold days of our stay.

Unit is clearly neglected; would not pass health inspection; serious issues w/ cleaning/maintenance. Heating in main room broken. Portable heater was provided. Health concerns: black/pink mold in shower grout/ceiling/ corners. Exposed electrical wiring behind TV & coming out of walls in main room. No GFCI outlets. Dishwasher and fridge leaked. Cobwebs. Bed sheets piling and don't fit. No dishtowels in kitchen. No large glasses, only 2 mugs. Laundry door broken. All floorboards, light fixtures, outlet covers, windowsills, walls, shelves are dirty. Unit not well stocked w/towels, tp,soap. Rugs covering old carpet. Bare bones and dirty. Any attempts to address these issues with the owner went unanswered.

This property's neighborhood and adjoining units are quiet. Parking near unit. Convenient access to major roads. There is a single cup coffee maker, toaster, pot to boil water, microwave, stove and refrigerator with freezer and an assortment of utensils with which to cook. Google-based TV available but bring your passwords to sign in as no programing is available. The unit seemed dirty to me. Shower had dirty grouting, carpet stains, blinds have a thick layer of dust that when opened it flew into room. Leftover razor cover in a bathroom drawer. Several items need maintenance.
