The apartment is located about 5–10 minutes on foot from the centre of the old town. The host provided a clear introductory message with all necessary information and was very friendly. He made sure we understand the administrative procedures to take over the place. The apartment offers plenty of space and comfortably accommodates three to four people. The price was very good compared to other options we saw in Bologna. Having a washing machine was convenient. Overall, it is a good place for a one‑night stay. The air conditioning unit worked well.
The apartment is very dark, with almost no natural light; the only window faces a small inner courtyard. Fresh air is only available through the air conditioning. There is no rack to hang clothes after washing. The shower is difficult to use, and the shower door does not close properly. The bed and the sofa bed are not very comfortable, and the main bed poses a safety concern, as one of us fell out during the night and got injured.

Lovely apartment, clean, extremely quiet at night. The beds were comfy including the sofa bed. The air con was really appreciated.The comms were really good and I definitely will stay there again if I visit Bologna.
I arrived quite late and it would have been nice to have some drinking water left in the fridge.
But it was only a small thing.

The location is close to the city center.
Washing machine.
Nice bathroom.
No parking spot unless you pay 2,90 euros per hour plus the access to the city centre which is 6 euros per day.
Coffee machine with no coffee or tea bags as a welcome gesture.
One big bath towel for three people and three small ones.
The air conditioner is right in front of the sofa in the living room so impossible to sleep with it on.
A lot of noise coming from outside and neighbours.
The cleaning man came way too early, 45 minutes before our checkout.
One light on the side of the bed was not working.
The pillows are very uncomfortable.
