Loved the flat. Great views from the balcony & living room. Loved the space & how the kitchen connects to the living room too. Bedroom sizes good.

Hot water pressure in the kitchen was v low. The dining room table & some of the other surfaces were a bit dusty.

Location was perfect for what we wanted

The location of the apartment was really good , apartment had lovely views across Brighton , Apartment was spacious and clean, and nice touches included coffee and tea bags and some nice toiletries

A hairdryer in the propert would have been helpful, also the key box was very high and could have been labelled better as the writing on it was very faded , o would also have liked a bath mat in the shower as the floor was quite slippery and I was nervous about falling in the shower

Really nice interiors, very comfortable. Good location close to plenty of restaurants and bars and 25 minute walk into Brighton (or 5 min taxi ride).

No hairdryer.

Instructions were not clear on keysafe. (Had to ask residents to help) Didn’t know where to park. Shower wasn’t draining so we had to clean it out(as it was late at night on the first night). It was disgusting!! Hadn’t been cleaned out for a very long time! ( Photographic evidence)Views were certainly NOT spectacular!! Could only see roofs and the 360 in the distance. The sea was hard to view from the apartment.

Comfy apartment in a nice location near restaurants and bars. Brighton pier is an easy walk.

It was very dusty in the big bedroom and the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied which wasn't good.

The location was great with a short walk down the street to the water and Brighton pier about 20 mins walk. Tesco also not far away for food if eating in, though lots of bars/ cafes/ restaurants in the area, Apartment is on 8th floor, so views of Brighton and the sea were fantastic from the balcony. you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Hove Cricket ground just around the corner. Very comfortable living space and bedrooms. Kitchen was great for our short stay as had both oven and microwave. Tea and coffee supplied.

Was not sure where to actually park in car park and which key box belonged to the apartment on arrival but that was quickly clarified by owners who will ensure this info is passed onto future guests.
