This home was recently refreshed and comes completely furnished (including a fully stocked kitchen) with refrigerator, microwave, range, washer/dryer, and two car garage. My husband and I spent the month of March at Alyce’s rental in Fruitville. It was exactly what we saw in the photos of the property. You will want for nothing, whatever you need for anything is already there for you. The suite downstairs was beautiful, guests had their own space, giving everyone privacy. The pool was a nice bonus, we would advise adding a cage or cutting down the live oak as it is a messy tree. It doesn’t give much shade. The backyard is very nicely appointed with enough seating for guests.We would definitely recommend a stay at Alyce’s rental.
