There is a laundry with a washer and dryer. The Euro slow combustion log burning fire in the centre of the house will keep you warm, along with central gas floor heating for convenience. In warmer months, the house has fully ducted evaporative cooling. We also have a fire pit in the backyard, perfect for watching the sunset and roasting marshmallows. There are many native birds and possums that will visit at various times of the day and night. Located only a 5-minute flat walk from the centre of Healesville, including Innocent Bystander, Matilda Bay, and Four Pillars. There is a large playground with tennis courts and a local pool nearby.
