Apartment with terrace and parking 350m beach: The apartment of 40m2 is located in the beautiful town of Blanes only 350m from the beach and shops, 2km from the train station and 30km from Girona Airport. It is on the fourth floor and has a terrace with views of the community pool opened from 23/06 to 30/09. The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two additional guests. It has a complete bathroom with shower, kitchen equipped with washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, large free public parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
