Nestled in Berkeley, this attractive house for $364 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our cozy, newly renovated North Oakland home is 2 mi from UC Berkeley, a 10min walk to Temescal's best restaurants & bars, w/ easy access to San Francisco (Ferry, Uber, Bart). The home features our 100 yr old Redwood Room- a 70s cocktail lounge re-imagined into modern times. Enjoy the outdoors with Fire Pit+Lounge & Patio+Dining under the String Lights! Our 2 BD/1BA, 1000sqft spacious home offers Full Kitchen (complimentary coffee/tea), Laundry & Central AC/Heat. Enjoy a bath-bomb & relax! The space ---------- 70s Cocktail Lounge: Travel back in time in the 70s cocktail lounge & bar! The lounge has a built in bar w/ 4 barstools, cocktail bar tools, and vintage glassware. The Redwood in the lounge sets the tone for a cozy yet exciting night indoors. ---------- Full Kitchen: The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee & tea station, and the basics to cook a nice meal. Enjoy your meals in the breakfast nook. ---------- 2 Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, wardrobes, and desk spaces to work. ---------- Bathroom: The bathroom has all of your essentials - towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hairdryer, cotton swabs, q-tips - even bath bombs to relax in the tub! ---------- Laundry: Equipped with washer/dryer and all the basics. ---------- Backyard: The outdoor space is a wonderful place to unwind. Soak the sun on the Day-beds and patio chairs. Enjoy a romantic dinner under the string lights and end the night with a glass of wine(or two) around the fire-pit under the string lights. ---------- Parking: Paid Parking: 1 Parking spot on the driveway ($25/night or $50/stay, whichever is less) Additionally, there is plenty of Free Street Parking in our Quiet / Safe Neighborhood. Guest access The home is the lower level of a duplex. The living space is fully private, with a private entrance for the guests. The outdoor space & washer/dryer space are shared with the upstairs unit. VRBO guests live in the upstairs unit, so you may see them come and go, or hear minimal day to day noise. If you’re a light sleeper like us, please take advantage of the white noise machine in each of bedrooms. Other things to note The couch in the living room lays flat and pulls out to a Full Size bed. We provide Mattress topper, comforter, bedsheet and pillows for a comfortable stay. For infants/toddlers, we provide(upon request) a crib, high chair, changing table and pack n play crib.

Easy to check in and check out. The bar area was adorable and really made it feel like vacation. Great backyard that’s shared with the renters upstairs. We actually ended up making friends with the visitors upstairs and hanging with them for a bit. Great part of oakland that’s quiet but close to a lot of fun spots if you want to explore. Super clean. Easy street parking. Communication with owner was great as well. Definitely recommend.

It is a beautiful and well maintained place. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials needed for preparing a breakfast/meal. Front yard and back yard is very pretty. They also had variety of board games for kids and family.
