Spend the day on the links or at the on-site pool, or hop in the car and get up close and personal with nature at the Waccamaw National Wildlife Refuge, 13 miles away, or sample some saltwater taffy at the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade. At the condo, spend quiet mornings with coffee and relaxing evenings with a cocktail on your private balcony overlooking the greens. Inside, you’ll find an open layout, comfortable furnishings, and room to spread out. The full kitchen features everything you need to make mealtime magic, and there’s room for the whole gang around the adjacent dining table. After a day on the sand, cool off in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer takes care of any stray laundry. Watch some TV or use the free WiFi to scroll social media. The well-appointed bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep - another dreamy day on Myrtle Beach awaits tomorrow. CONDO AMENITIES -Outdoor pool -On-site golf THINGS TO KNOW Quiet hours, 10pm - 7am. No over-occupancy allowed. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
