Summary: This beautiful 1-bedroom plus den condo is located in the brand new Station Park Union Towers. Station Park is one of the newest (and sleekest!) additions to Kitchener -Waterloo's growing skyline. 4 guests can stay in this pet-friendly suite that has a Queen bedroom, a separate den with a sofa bed, and a convertible sofa-bed in the living room. Our guests also get free access to the amazing building amenities, which include a hydro pool and more! The Space: This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom with a Queen sized bed, plus a den with a fold out sofa bed, and a living room sofa bed. The condo is large enough to host 4 guests at a time. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island with bar seating for 2. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The patio entrance in the living room boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to flood the space. The living room features an electric fireplace, comfy plush seating, and a smart TV for your entertainment. The sofa also works as another sleeping space. We've got you covered with high speed internet service, and there's a dedicated laptop friendly workstation, if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay. There's even in suite laundry machines and convenient onsite parking. This unit also has a separate den that has a sofabed and another smart TV. Station Park features unique amenities such as a two-lane bowling alley with lounge, fitness area with gym equipment, yoga/pilates studio and Peloton studio, private hydro pool, swim spa and hot tub, dog washing station, a jam room, an arcade hall, and an outdoor terrace with BBQ’s and private, bookable cabanas for when the warm weather returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. • Please refrain from littering near the car park and ensure that you dispose of your garbage appropriately in designated bins. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not leave any harmful or flammable products, such as jerry cans of gasoline or any petroleum cans, unattended anywhere on the property. • Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit. • There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors. • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property. 1. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. 2. If you’re travelling with a pet, please let us know. The pet fee is a one-time charge of $49/pet. 3. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
