Disappointed and will not recommend this property

Good location is all

The air conditioner unit makes a MASSIVE noise, one cannot sleep or hear the TV, totally ridiculous. The unit is advertised with a washing machine and dryer, which we discovered is NOT in the unit, but a common facility in the basement of the building. The towels did not smell fresh, so not great.

Only stay there if you are alone or a couple.

The location was great, and that was all.

We had 3 adults and a baby, this property was one that showed up. But the sofa bed was awful, it was possible to feel the springs from the mattress. There was no blackout at the windows, and the heater/boiler that stays in the closet is very noisy. There were even earplugs in the bedroom drawers, so the manager know about the issue.

I liked how roomy it was! I had lots of room for everything and it helped me feel at home! Bed was super comfy, and the staff was so beyond friendly! Thank you for everything!

The walls were super thin, so I was able to hear everything outside my room. People were partying every night or yelling or blasting music or something. It was very annoying and most nights I unfortunately wasn’t able to sleep. A couple days, the hallways smelled liked weed and made me feel a bit nauseous.
