I like the view. It was so amazing. If you want calm vibe just go to the balcony and sip a cup of coffee. Though at first the smell is a bit odd maybe because of the humidity but after 10-15 mins its gone its all good

I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Sapa. The location is great, the room was clean and beautiful. We had a balcony and the view was stunning! The hotel has a very cosy vibe. And the staff is one of the best I’ve ever met, Linh and all other staff members will make you feel welcomed, loved, and taken care of. They helped us with many recommendations what to see and where to go. The hospitality level was top!

The staff were very helpful, nice, accommodating, and kind.
The view from our room was very picturesque.
Some furniture was a bit old with marks such as the coffee table then batteries of Tv was not working but they were able to fix it.
We were jn the top floor, so my senior parents had to walk up stairs. Although luggages were helped by the staff.
