The location - very close to gondola ride and skiing.
The location is the biggest reason to stay here. Bed is heated also. The staff was really helpful in everything from arrival to activities
The bed was hard - not comfortable for me.

Superbly located in the gulmarg valley. After snow fall it's like celebrating Christmas in Switzerland. Breakfast is locally provided and property is managed by locals. But Umer whose the lead service personnel for this property is just amazingly humble and courteous.
Its a local property and not like a ramada Radisson etc.. but if you want the local feel of gulmarg and its food ..this is good place to experience it.

Location
Wifi was not working almost my entire stay of three nights. Hot water not available 24/7 but only around 4 hours in 24 hours. Also the entire hotel premises was under construction when we were staying.
