Nothing at all I stay outside for 2 hrs because the code didn’t work to the door then they finally switch my room then it was a message

Plenty of room. Nice to be so close to the beach. Spacious for a family of 10. Unit was clean so we didn't see what others were complaining about. Good location and close to everything for shopping and food. Property management was great and easy to deal with.
When on the 4th floor there was NO Wi-Fi signal which rendered the Theatre room useless. Couldn't use the TV in the upstairs bedroom as again no Wi-Fi signal. People didn't know where to park so all week we had to ask people to move. With five units the pool was not big enough and we never got in the pool as there was no room. 2 other families always in the pool most of the time. Hot Tubs were always used as well.

There were enough rooms for my family, beds were soft and comfortable. Convenient to the beach.
No wire-fi in the 3rd floor bedroom, Not enough dishes, pots and pans, silverware for 20 people. No big pot and no spoons. No glasses. The kitchen was too small. The house was not ready when we arrived. The floor was still wet and not certain if all the floors were cleaned. No broom in the house. No bucket to mop with. Not enough towels for 20 people. Some of the beds didn’t have sheets. There were roaches. There were multiple broken things in the house. It was difficult in talking to customers service for maintenance. The blinds were broken in the living room and eventually fell off. The sliding door was difficult to open and the lock eventually broke and we couldn’t open it. Called several times but no answer. The living room sofa need to go, uncomfortable and not big enough for 20 people. We could not found the overflow parking lot. There were no check out procedures.

We liked the proximity to the beach and that we had our own designated parking spaces so we didn’t have to worry about having a place to park. The rooms were spacious, the number of bathrooms was definitely a plus, and the movie theater was super awesome for my kids! The shower in the master bedroom was top tier. Management was quick to respond to my messages.
There was a lack of Wi-Fi on the top floor. We had to connect to our own personal hot spots to stream shows in the movie theater. The neighbors’ remote in the next unit controlled the fan in the master bedroom so the light would turn on and off randomly. Our keypad had dead batteries and it took maintenance 2 days after we checked in to come fix it, and they were kind of rude about it. The A/C didn’t work properly on the lower level so it stayed miserably hot down there (we reported this to management). None of the sliding glass doors locked properly if at all, leading my husband to improvise and rig up something so we didn’t have to worry about someone coming into the unit at night. We reported this to management as well and when someone showed up to take a look at it, they just brought a can of WD-40 to fix the track the door slid on. The kitchen had a weird sour smell that I couldn’t quite place and couldn’t find the source of the smell either. Our unit wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait later than our check in time of 4 pm before we got to “move in” because the house was still being cleaned when we got there. The chemical smell from the cleaning products lingered. That coupled with that sour smell in the kitchen and the heat downstairs, made it unbearable to be down there the first couple of days. We were willing to overlook the smell because the rest of the house was awesome, but I was kind of disappointed with our stay overall considering we paid a lot to be there. The neighbors in the unit furthest from us were creepers (which is not a management issue in itself, but those guests were grown men watching my daughters in the pool and pointing and talking about them).
I reported this to management and asked if there was another unit we could move to where my kids could feel safe (there wasn't, which I know everything was booked up). I then asked if we could get our money back so we could stay elsewhere, but was told it was non-refundable.

THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL VERY NICE, HAS ALOT OF ROOM. THE THEATRE ROOM WAS AWESOME. WE REALLY HAD A GREAT TIME. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT YOUR RIGHT THERE BY THE BEACH. THE POOLS WERE NICE, MY GRANDKIDS LOVED THE LITTLE POOL WAS PERFECT.
THE FIRST FLOOR COULD NOT TO STAY COOL AND NO CONTROL TO TURN THE FAN ON IN LIVING ROOM. THE ICE MAKER IN THE FRIDGE DID NOT WORK, WE HAD TO BUY ICE.

I would have to say the only thing I liked was the decor and location.
My family and I had an awful experience with this place. The house was dirty my kids socks were black on the bottoms from walking around and there was no broom, dustpan or mop in the property for us to clean. Also upon arrival on our very 1st day we had no electricity in the master bedroom and no working bathrooms on the 4 level. The AC unit on the 2nd floor which is where 5 of the 7 bedrooms are didn’t work and it was so hot and uncomfortable for my children ranging from ages 1-17 total of 8 children. To add insult to injury there were bedbugs and urine stains on the mattress in one of the kids room. My daughter, sister and aunt were all bitten and we have photos to show. The communication was horrible I called guest services immediately upon our arrival and didn’t get a resolve at all. It took 2 days for someone to come check out everything just for us to wait even longer. we had an appointment for 10 am he didn’t show up until 2 pm and still no resolve because he was a plumber and could only handle the toilets later that day probably about 6/7 an electrician showed up he still couldn’t fix the AC unit he did fix the electricity upstairs but then the lights and the ceiling fan started flickering on and off all day it was a dangerous situation I thought it was gonna catch on fire so we didn’t utilize the upstairs at all. Guest services continued to tell me lies and brush me off as each day went by. Not 1 time did they call me to apologize or give an update or try to rectify the situation. Any time we interacted was because of me reaching out I have calls and texts to prove . They were very nonchalant and acted as if they didn’t care that we drove 6 hours to have a family vacation only to arrive and run into problem after problem. We checked in Thursday 6/15/23 and checked out Sunday 6/18/23 and we still didn’t have working lights or AC unit.

not a thing!
First off I would like to state I asked to see the place before booking and they stated I couldn’t because place was occupied until we arrived. To start off this vacation after family arrived at airport we went to address provided . The address was completely in a different town. I booked this place because it was supposedly right down the road from my house. I Wanted family to be close. The address that was provided is: Property address

The address is North Myrtle Beach!! Not even close to where it said it was located!
When finally figuring that all out on my own ,we arrived. Walking in front door to sticky floors in every room. Are shoes stuck as we walked across the floor( I included a video of that). In kitchen next to garbage can looked like a pile of throw up stuck on floor. There were fruit flies or some kind of bugs flying all around in kitchen and down halls and in bedrooms. I opened a drawer in kitchen and a huge red bug came flying out in front of my mothers face! There were dirt, crumbs and lighters all in between couches on floor. Stains on cushions and couch pillows ( no one would even sit at)
Bathroom toilet seat was broken so when my sister went to sit she almost fell off and could have gotten hurt.
There were blood stains on railings leading upstairs along with dirt and hair all over the steps. One bedroom had a sticky headboard with fruit flys all around. That couple left with itchy hives on arms. She is highly allergic to a lot.
In another bedroom the sliding glass door was broke and wouldn’t lock so that couple left not feeling safe. That broken door led out to a patio with rusty nails laying all over. Then another patio there were cigarette butts all over along with sand and dirt. Walking up to the theater room , we’re holes in some walls . When you first walk into theater room , the carpet was so filthy that it looked like it never has been cleaned.
