The room was clean and the bathroom was clear and good.

First of all, we were travelling all the way from Varanasi, UP to Jamshedpur, in our EV that too, and we couldn't check in until 2am in the middle of the night. So, the staff didn't even reach out to us ONCE! AT ALL! even though we were well past late in checking in the hotel, they didn't even call to check if we were confirmed to come at the hotel. Then, when we reach the hotel, in the middle of the night, the only guy there at the reception was saying that we didn't opt for "extra charges" Because supposedly, we had to PAY for my 10 year old brother to stay in the same bed as my parents! Like what does that even mean? And when we said that, we need an extra bed they kept arguing saying how "it is not adjustable" And fine, if it was evening or something we could've been able to understand this nuisance, but it was the middle of the night! And my grandmother is a literal handicapped patient and was travelling for 13+ hours, and we said that we will pay whatever they'd want, but he STILL kept on saying that he can't do that. Ridiculous behavior. Then, in the morning the breakfast that was included was refused to be given or even PACKED! for my dad to be eaten later, which was already paid for! Just because he wasn't there at that time of the breakfast, BECAUSE HE WAS CHARGING OUR EV CAR! I don't guys, this is ridiculous horrible nonsense behavior and that guy needs to be fired. Kindly check with the staff behavior, Treebo Services!
