Our Sweet Rustic Cottage located on Three Mile Harbor is nicely appointed and cozy. Guests can walk directly to the Harbor from the cottage to enjoy a swim, or bring your paddle board, canoe or kayak to explore this great local landmark. Cottage 1 is equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a small, fully equipped kitchen. All beds have linens and duvets. In addition, TV with a fire stick for streaming, and wifi is provided for cottage guests. Enjoy an outdoor BBQ and relax watching the most incredible sunsets in East Hampton. Cottage 1 shares 3.5 acres with 4 other cottages and a house. Each cottage has parking on premises. Pedestrian access to Three Mile Harbor waterfront is located on the property. You are permitted to cross over the yard by the harbor and leave your kayaks and SUPs on the rack at the water's edge. Should you choose to dine out, some of East Hampton's best waterfront dining options are a mere few minutes away, as well as casual dining options. Sorry, but we do not allow pets. Extended Summer seasonal rental is available at a discounted rate.
