Welcome to our Cozy Modern newly renovated 3/2 spacious family home mins from Boat Ramps and Homosassa Wildlife Park!
Enjoy the laid back modern design with all you need to enjoy your time! We have an excellent centrally-located home within a family-oriented neighborhood, our home boasts a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, an airy kitchen and open living space and a fully fenced private backyard with lawn chairs for lounging!
The Master Bedroom has a large comfy king bed with a full en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There are 2 tvs (located in living room and master bedroom), a laundry area located in the garage with a full size washer/dryer and an open living/dining area.
There are many lively water front restaurants and venues just minutes away! We are close to boat ramps, great golf courses, plenty of fishing and Gulf of Mexico, popular for scalloping. Visit the Three Sister Springs which is less than 10 miles away and has many shops and places for coffee and drinks.
There are endless options to enjoy!

This house was exactly as pictured online. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were 10 minutes from the marina where we rented our boat for a scalloping trip. We were checked on frequently during our stay to make sure our needs were met. Excellent trip! Thank you very much!

The house is newly remodeled inside and is decorated so cute. The house had everything needed. The check-in and check out process was super easy. I would stay here again and I highly recommend.

This house was as advertised. I wanted to stay in Homosassa instead of Crystal Springs this time and this house did just what I needed. Was able to park a boat and trailer in front yard, garage was usable for a vehicle, and it was newly remodeled. Very close to Walmart and Publix which was a plus. Beds were comfortable and appliances new. Would stay again.

Pros: Quiet neighborhood. The house is nicely redone & the host was incredibly responsive. Close to restaurants, groceries & Springs. Plenty of space in the garage to park out of the heat, w/washer & dryer. Multi-type charging stations
Cons: Both the kitchen and garage fridges were warm/hot when we got there at 4:30PM. We waited until about 11PM for them to cool down & it became apparent that they hadn’t been turned on in enough time prior to our arrival.They were clearly not used recently. We had to put all of our items in the kitchen freezer, which was running at the same temp as what the fridge should have been. Of course in the morning, once the fridge had sufficient time to cool, everything in the freezer was frozen. It was frustrating to check in with groceries in tow that couldn’t be stored safely.
The kitchen was very bare bones. There was one sheet pan and zero oven mitts.There was one dish towel but no dish or hand soap or sponges to wash your dishes with.There was nothing kid friendly or plastic cups of any kind. There was a grand total of three coffee mugs. It’s def a BYOE (bring your own everything) situation, with the exception of spices
The master & guest bedroom mattresses with toppers were extremely uncomfortable & the pillows paper thin/way too thick
The bathrooms were decent, but the master bathroom light & fan switches are on the outside. The hand soap was just water??
East facing windows in bedrooms could use curtains
