You cannot beat the proximity of the house to the beach. The downstairs tiki bar was a great place to hangout with beach views. Carol was quick and kind with responses. It was a fabulous vacation for ten adults and a baby!!

A lovely home for our family vacation. The view of the beach was beautiful from all levels. Outdoor entertainment space was great. Small, minor details could use attention: light bulbs out in a few places, kitchen missing a few basic things you would expect, but overall a great home. Beds were very comfortable!

Our stay was great! The beaches of Cape San Blas were beautiful white sand with an abundance of shells. We loved the super short walk to the beach out of the back door. The state park was just a few minutes down the road and was beautiful!Carol was super quick to respond to any questions we had!
