"Fish Tales" is a 3-story luxury home featuring 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, 2 half baths and can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. Each level features spacious walkout balconies with amazing views - the beautiful Emerald Coast is just across the street! This vacation rental is located on the East End of Panama City Beach conveniently near many popular restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Upon entering the home from the front door, the first two bedrooms are located to the left and to the right. Both bedrooms feature a large king bed with 2 twin beds and their own private en-suite each with a walk-in shower. Leaving the bedrooms, the hallway leads to an open living area with a large TV, shuffleboard, foosball game and wet bar. This living space features a sliding glass door that takes you to this home's private backyard area which features a fully furnished outdoor deck with lounge chairs and a dining table, a private heated pool, and a charcoal grill. The first floor is also home to a half bathroom and the 1st washer and dryer set. Going up to the 2nd floor is the main living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in-bar, and another wet bar for your convenience. On this floor, there are two more bedrooms, each one featuring a large king bed and a private en-suite with walk-in showers. There's a furnished walkout balcony off the main living room which offers a great place to relax and enjoy the views. There is also a half bathroom located in the hallway on this floor. On the 3rd and final floor, there are the three remaining bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have a king bed and private en-suite with walk-in showers. This next bedroom you'll want to be quick to claim! Towards the frontside of the home is the luxuriously styled master suite with a large king bed, a private walkout balcony with great views, a private en-suite with double vanities, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The 2nd laundry room is also located on the 3rd floor. A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF: Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. The Beach! "Fish Tales" has two different Beach Access points you can use to the right or to the left of the house, either Beach Access 19 or Beach Access 21. BED LAYOUT 1st Floor - Sleeps 8 King Room with Twin Beds Above King Room with Twin Beds Above 2nd Floor - Sleeps 4 King Room King Room 3rd Floor - Sleeps 6 King Room King Room Master Suite King Room, Beach View Fish Tales requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below: 2024: Summer: June 8 - July 27 (Saturday - Saturday) Fall Break: September 28 - October 12 (Saturday - Saturday) 2025: Family Break: March 8 - April 12 (Saturday - Saturday) Summer: May 24 - August 2 (Saturday - Saturday) Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday) A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember: No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted. No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time. Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation. Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
