Arrived on a Monday at 4:30 PM the house was not cleaned. Cleaning crew showed up an hour later to clean the house. The house needs work. The whole house has issues. Examples are: Master bead room: 3 out of 4 light bulbs out. Bifold closet door broken. Curtains broken and torn. Slider door screen off track. Windows filthy. Provisions; NO Butter Knives No spices what so ever, including salt and pepper. Stains on the wall. Flooring shot NO SMOKE /CO ALARM! To add insult to injury, We didn't have water from 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM on Tuesday. Instead of staying until Friday, we left Wednesday morning. We notified the management group and have not heard from the if we will get reimbursed for the 2 nights. This house needs an overhaul! I even question the integrity of the main deck! Pictures lie. This is what the reality of this house is. Shocking what sad shape it is.

My friends and I stayed at this property to attend a funeral. The home has the basics, and we knew what we were getting into (especially sharing one bathroom). It was clean and there were plenty of beds, linens, towels, etc. Given the reason for our stay, we didn’t do much hanging out, which this house isn’t super well-equipped for with just two small sofas. Also, some of the bed frames are very loud and creaky. All that said, this was an affordable, comfortable and well-located spot for us to come together and support our friend. We particularly appreciated the ample supply of coffee!
