With its stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops, cooking is made fun! Eat together at the quaint dining table or dine alfresco in the fresh Texas air. The en suite primary bedroom downstairs is spacious and bright, providing a lovely hideaway for you. Also on this level, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer. Upstairs, both of the bedrooms have been curated for your family's comfort with welcoming color palettes, plush bedding, and full bathrooms of their own. The designated work desk will come in handy for remote workers, and the two stories of deck space ensure that you're soaking up as much sun as you'd like. Additional perks of this stay boasts include a gas grill, children's games, central air conditioning, and beach gear thoughtfully provided for your use. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests’ own accounts. Due to fluctuating tap water quality in the Village of Surfside Beach, it is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking during your stay. During times of elevated water contaminants, water coming from the faucets and toilets may have a yellow tint. The water is safe for bathing. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Stayed over Thanksgiving break. Nice 3 bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Basic amenities, pots, pans, etc. Drip coffee marker and Nesprosso coffee maker. No coffee for nespresso and not sure where to get it, so did not use. No other issues. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this beach House was perfect. Easy check in and out. Everything you would need for a beach vacation, beach wagon, beach Umbrella, beach chairs, toys for toddlers to take to the beach, plenty of towels, and every detail was excellent. Thanks for the great vacation.

This home was simply beautiful. Our family absolutely loved and enjoyed how cozy and amazing it was. The kitchen has new appliances and every bedroom has very comfortable and luxurious mattresses and bedroom furniture. Bathrooms were clean and balcony views are spectacular. We were able to cook in the barbecue grill downstairs and sit in the hammocks and rinse off with the hose before coming upstairs after coming back from the beach. The location is only a few blocks away from the beach and the jetties. It was a win even for our doggies. The owner was quick to help with our cares and concerns.
