Great location, beautiful, clean and coastal interior. Beach felt very private and you have a beautiful view from condo. Plenty of room for our family and not a bad walk to beach!
Lots of stairs but not unexpected. Had a couple of maintenance issues but were resolved quickly with a service call. Parking is very narrow for larger vehicle so we had to be strategic with loading and unloading. Water pressure in showers could be better. Another skillet would be nice in the kitchen. Water hose/spray nozzle with outdoor shower needs to be replaced as well. Attempted to use but did not work.
