Escape to our charming 3-bedroom vacation rental home in Westchester, IL. Our comfortable and tastefully decorated house is the perfect place to call home during your next trip to the Windy City. With its prime location just minutes away from all the major attractions, including the Brookfield Zoo, Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio, and the Cubs and White Sox stadiums, less than 15 miles from each airport and dowtown chicago and several malls. Location + Decoration= Perfect Vacation. Book Now No smoking: Smoking inside the house should be strictly prohibited. If guests wish to smoke, they should be required to do so outside and away from the property or near the smoking bin in the backyard. This will include vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, etc. There will be a $400 dollar cleaning fee for smoking inside the property. When smoking outside in designated areas please properly dispose of any smoking products in designated smoking trash bins. No parties or events: Guests are not permitted to host events or parties without prior permission from the host. No loud noises after a certain time: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There will be a $250 noise complaint fee if 3 or more complaints occur. No extra guests without prior approval: The rental should only be occupied by the guests listed in the reservation. Any additional guests should be pre-approved by the host. Any unauthorized guest will impose an additional fee. No pets. Keep the property clean and tidy: We will truly appreciate it if the rental is in the same condition in which was found. This includes washing dishes, cleaning up any spills or messes, and taking out the trash. Respect the neighborhood: Please be respectful of the neighbors, avoid loud noises, and be mindful of parking areas. No illegal activities: All illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation. Notify the host of any damages: If any damage occurs during the stay, please notify your host at 312-447-9222 immediately. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in will be at 3:00 pm and check-out time will be 11:00 am. Depending on availability we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out for an additional charge.
