The home was perfect but I wish I would have known the outside back yard was not landscaped. There wasn't a "place" to enjoy morning coffee in the nice AZ sun. But overall great host and nice house. I am sure backyard will get completed at some point.

We stayed for 5 days and the house was perfect. They even provided coffee and drinking water. Would definitely stay here again if provided the opportunity.

The backyard was a sandlot, there is no outdoor furniture to sit outside, there is charcoal and lighter fluid but no grill, you have to rent a mailbox if you are staying for an extended time, there is no local TV so you have to pay for that, the pool is not heated so is unusable during the winter months, there are no clocks except on the microwave and stove, the kitchen is not fully stocked (only 3 forks), most of the dishes are chipped, pet food on the floor in the master bedroom and kitchen, the pictures labeled "property grounds" are the local park,only one set of towels in each bathroom, and no storage containers in kitchen. The house itself was nice, and the neighborhood was quiet.
