The guess relation manager came to greet me herself and recognized me as a return guest. I was assigned the very nice room in 34th floor. Great selection of breakfast buffet with very welcoming staffs who always check to make sure guests table were cleared and promptly assisted when needing. The hotel also surprised me on my birthday with the hand written birthday card, I was wished Happy Birthday and received some cute gifts. Super happy and will sure return next year.

I booked a room with lounge access. The staff members were friendly and courteous. The Executive Lounge provided a chill place to rest.
