I loved that the property was secluded and a beautiful scenery. The house is absolutely gorgeous. I especially loved the shower pressure. lol

The cabin was nice and cozy.
The description said stargaze, hike and kayaking near a lake. The cabin is 7 miles from the lake. If you do not have a way to transport the kayaks then you cannot enjoy the kayaks.
We were disappointed the lake was so far away.

It was quaint and had breathtaking skies at sunset and nighttime.
Upon arrival, inside the cabin, near every window unit yellow jackets had gotten in. My husband handled that situation, though he did get stung once. It seems that lots of outside critters and bugs find their way in when the sun goes down. I assure you, we kept doors and windows closed throughout the day, because we were not in the cabin. Also, when we were checking for snakes and scorpion under the bed, it appears as if previous guests left a used diaper under the bed. I wasn’t told until we were already checked out about that so I didn’t clean it up. We had 4 adults in our party and no children or pets so it must have been left prior to our arrival.
