Could be a nice place but needs attention.

Location was perfect. Close to everything. Quite and nice backyard

Not clean! Cobwebs on the ceiling. Floors were dirty. Just an overall feeling of unclean. Toilet has dark rings and doesn’t flush. Sink backs up. Shower drips badly after use. Spots on the walls. Freezer was dirty. Sofa and chairs need replacing in the living room.

Location was perfect. Close to everything. Quite and nice backyard
