Very friendly host, who went out of his way to be helpful. Comfortable sofas, great after a long walk.

You get what you pay for. Fine as a single male traveler….but I would bring my daughters

The owner didn't recognize the Booking.com price you book. He says the price is not okay for his rooms and there are not double beds. Also he says he cannot understand why Booking show that rooms and that price ... So, you book a reservation but you don't know how much you will pay: we booked for 10€/each and we paid 15. Not a serious problem but unpleasant situation.

Francisco the host was extremely helpful as we planned our itinerary - he helped us with bus time tables and invaluable local knowledge and advice.

The owners were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. Also the huge living room was very nice. This was the only place for wifi.

Our door handle was falling off and the blockout shutter didn’t drop properly. Other guests coming in made way too much noise in the middle of the night including showering and it seemed every door creaked noisily. The television noise also seemed to carry from the floor below. Overall hard to get a good nights sleep which we wanted for walking the next day.

Downstairs, the bar and communal areas were unlike anything I’ve seen before; the co-owner’s oriental touches are everywhere, from decorations to a fish pond in the floor! Very clean and owners are so friendly. Good atmosphere with customers at the bar also.

Upstairs was a bit basic. Room comfortable though, but perhaps bathroom (e.g shower) could do with a renovation. Also, only one shared bathroom.
