Bien mais pas plus.

La petite piscine. Tranquille sauf si vous avez une chambre du côté de la rue.

Cet hôtel a besoin d’entretien pour enlever les marques d’humidité dans les chambres. Il manque des petites attention comme des verres dans les chambres. Le distributeur à savon dans la douche ne fonctionne pas. Et le personnel, qui sont des « volontaires », est gentil mais peu attentionné (trois jours d’attente avant de changer la cruche d’eau à la réception).

Freundliches Personal, Wasserspender, Frühstück war auch gut. Wir konnten sogar unsere Taschen am Abreisetag nach auschecken dortlassen, um einen Ausflug zur Cueva de Chicho zu machen. (Übrigens ganz nett, man kann in der Höhle sogar schwimmen, allerdings die Straße dahin mit dem normalen Auto nicht machbar)

Sie buchen den Ausflug nach Saona! Altea ist wirklich der coolste Ort an der Südküste.

Ich bin seit über 20 Tagen in der Dominikanischen Republik unterwegs und dies war mit Sicherheit der beste Ort, an dem ich übernachtet habe. Die Zimmer sind neu und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Ventilator, TV, eigenem Bad mit Warmwasser und Moskitonetzen ausgestattet. Die Zimmerreinigung war einwandfrei. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück sowie das Essen im Restaurant Garden. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und die Atmosphäre war großartig. Ich schlage vor, Sie buchen den Ausflug nach Saona! Altea ist wirklich der coolste Ort an der Südküste.

I had booked only one night in Altea , in the end I stayed here for over 5 days. The environment is very nice, welcoming and the staff is very kind and helpful. I was very surprised by the great attention to cleanliness and detail. The food in the restaurant is very good. I suggest you to try the Garden restaurant and absolutely to visit Saona. l’emplacement est idéal.

Juste à la sortie de la ville, cet hôtel tout récent ressemble à un havre de paix. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et la manager tout droit venue de Séville est géniale. Le sourire de 8h a 23h, toujours de bons conseils et à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner compris est excellent, copieux et complet! A une petite dizaine de minutes à pieds de la plage et un peu moins du centre ville animé de Bayahibe, l’emplacement est idéal. Le petit restaurant juste en face est incroyable, nous y avons mangé les meilleures tostones de notre séjour! Merci pour tout et à très bientôt ❤️

Si quieres vivir una verdadera experiencia caribeña, Altea es definitivamente el lugar indicado. Si está buscando un resort, mejor elija otro lugar. Altea te ofrece la oportunidad de vivir una experiencia única y verdadera en el pueblo de Bayahibe sin sacrificar la comodidad. De hecho, las habitaciones son nuevas, amplias, con aire acondicionado, TV, heladera y cualquier otro servicio. Te sugiero que duermas aquí al menos 3 días. Tendrá la oportunidad de ponerse en contacto con la cultura local y descubrir las maravillas del lugar. Si quieres comer algo bueno, definitivamente puedes parar en el restaurante Garden. Obviamente tienes que visitar Saona, reserva en linea ..

Peccato perché il ristorante ottimo in struttura etnica e d’ambiente

Mancanza bagno, no Internet e no televisione funzionanti in camera. Reception mal gestita da volontari presenti solo per il personale turismo. Colazione disastrosa in ambiente trascurato e sporco. Bene la pulizia in camera

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatte theoretisch einen kleinen Balkon, der war jedoch abgeschlossen und voller Bauschutt o.ä.. Ich konnte wechseln, kam jedoch vom Regen in die Traufe. Der Balkon war zwar geräumig, lag aber samt Zimmer an der extrem lauten Hauptzufahrtsstraße des Ortes. Frühstück sehr einfach.

Tuve una estancia fantástica en Altea. Viajando sola, soltera, y sin duda esta fue la mejor opción que pude tener. lugar es frecuentado por viajeros de todo el mundo, pasteles espectaculares, personal internacional súper servicial, un manager Italiano super sexy :) gran desayuno, piscina pequeña, buena limpieza, aire acondicionado, a poca distancia desde el pueblo 10+

Lo bueno y lo malo. Fue más lo bueno

Lo lindo de sus muros, mucha pintura hermosa, colorida y en perfecto estado. El internet solo funciona en recepción, en la TV del cuarto no puedes ver nada ni canales locales.

Dificil conseguir a alguien en la recepción. Sin caja seguridad en la habitación, agua caliente un ratito, luego sale tibia.

Amazing stay!

Spacious room. Air conditioning. Smart TV, balcony . The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere. Breakfast was good. The accommodation is very close to the town and beaches...only 5 min walking. Special congratulations to Ferran, the manager ... always helpful and kind.

It is located on the main road so in the morning is bit loud but this is normal in all country ... if you want to know the real culture

un lugar realmente increíble para quedarse si quiere sentir y vivir las vibraciones caribeñas. El lugar está cerca de varias playas increíbles en el pequeño pueblo de bayahibe, donde puedes experimentar la cultura local, comida, mercados y restaurantes. El apartamento donde me alojé era muy bonito, limpio y amueblado con todo lo necesario. El team fue muy útil, amable y amable. Realmente recomiendo este lugar al viajero que ama disfrutar de la autenticidad de esos lugares mágicos.

Best hotel i had in Dominican Republic. Great huge rooms, nice decorated. Lovely people. Good vibes, good party´s. Beautiful rooftop, with breakfast on the rooftop and a yacuzzi.super convenient location and the organized, friendly and always available staff.Excellent terrace bar fabulous cocktails but above all nice environment. The hotel is located in the center and you can move on foot as well as we did! You have to go there! Highly recommended!

Italian owner very kind and helpful, room cleaned every day, giant bed. Excellent terrace bar fabulous cocktails but above all nice environment. The hotel is located in the center and you can move on foot as well as we did! You have to go there! Highly recommended!

The best option on the way to Saona Island

I really enjoyed staying at this room wich is located in the Altea residencial. This accommodation which was one of the best value for money in the area. It is very well decorated with lots of greenery and pretty paintings on the walls. There are several outdoor areas to relax and an area to have breakfast. The pool is nice, although rather small. If you take the breakfast option, you will have a coffee, fruits, and either a salty (eggs, sausage, bread, cheese, tomatoes or else) or a sweet breakfast (i think I saw some people getting pancakes but I'm not sure). When I was there, the hotel opened a small restaurant where you can eat some snacks. The staff is lovely!!! 10 out of 10. Everyone is so nice, ready to help, and can assist you with whatever you need in terms of excursions. From what I heard, the staff speaks Spanish and English (no French). The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a TV, air conditioning and also a fan on the ceiling. There is no kitchen nor microwave. There was sometimes a bit of a smell coming from the pipelines but nothing crazy. In terms of location, the hotel is on the sole road which leads to Bayahibe so, if you have a room on the poolside it will be very quiet but if you have one on the roadside, you will probably get a bit of noise in the morning essentially (a lot of buses full of tourists arrive every morning around 8:30 / 9 AM for the Saona Island excursions) but other than that, the hotel is like 3 minutes away by feet from the center of the village so it is rather quiet. Staying there is perfect to visit Saona Island because the port is 5 minutes away by foot. The Bayahibe public beach can be reached in 10 minutes by feet and it will take you 40 minutes if you want to go to the Dominicus public beach (or less than 10 minutes if you take the bus (guagua)).
