The Tamarack Tavern is centrally located & only 2 miles from major hospitals, 4.8 miles from Keeneland, and 3 miles from downtown. Book your stay now to see why we love this home so much. This home WILL NOT tolerate any parties. The Tamarack Tavern is located in a neighborhood & we make sure all guests respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are strictly enforced & noise monitors are located inside the home. If the management company finds out there are more guests than approved in the home, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. GATHER If you are looking for a place to gather with friends & family, this is it! The Tamarack Tavern has 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, & a game room. Guests can spend time upstairs in the main living room watching their favorite shows, they can venture downstairs to play pool or darts, or they can hang out in the trundle room to chat about life. SLEEP You will not have any problem finding a place to sleep in this home. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. One bedroom offers a king bed, the second has a queen bed, & the third has 2 twin beds. Once you make it to the basement, you will find a queen bed & two trundle beds (4 twin beds). EAT Our kitchen is fully equipped for you to make all of your favorite meals. You will find bar stools to sit at along with our dining room table that seats four people. PLAY Rainy day? No worries! Enjoy your time around the pool table, throw darts with friends, or challenge someone to a large game of connect 4. Sunny day? The backyard is the perfect place for yard games or enjoying fresh air!

It was wonderful! I absolutely love that I didn’t have to do much that morning of checkout but lock the doors that was such a blessing! We came down for the game with some of our youth group leaders and family & loved the house so much! Hopefully we will be returning!

We only stayed for one night and I actually would have liked to have spent more time there with family, but we were just passing through for a funeral. I slept in the king room and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels for everyone. Coffee pods and kitchen essentials were all provided. Cons: It was a nice house, but if you really looked close it was clear it was a DIY renovation. A few areas were in disrepair and I sent photos just to ensure I wasn't liable. The temperature dropped dramatically that night and we could not figure out the thermostat. It was freezing in the basement and boiling hot in the master - but that was probably our fault. The toilet seat was a shock; it was stained yellow and the plastic had bubbled. However it was clean. That is a very easy replacement that I think the owners should take care of. The driveway and front stairs were tough to navigate for my 80 year uncle - driveway has a big pot hole and part of the stairs do not have a railing. Also, the front door sticks - a lot. I suggest more information up front such as check in and check out time and other instructions. Overall, I recommend it. Frankly, the availability of this house was a gift during this time. Our family was able to come together under one roof briefly before the funeral.

Loved this home; I really wanted to use the outdoor space, but high grass/mosquitoes wouldn't allow it but the game room was a great alternative. Beautifully decorated interior and well appointed with toiletries. Would def stay again when getting family together as there were endless places to sleep for our party of 8!
