Centrally located on the Island, this property is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the St. George Lighthouse Museum and playground, fishing pier, and multi-use bike path. This property is pet-friendly, so bring the whole family! Sunset Bay’s central location on St. George Island puts the best of the Forgotten Coast within easy reach. Just across the Bridge, Eastpoint’s seafood markets and craft brewery await, and the charming and historic streets of Apalachicola, lined with trendy shops, eateries, and galleries, are just a half an hour’s drive by car! EXTERIOR AMENITIES Exterior features of this property include spacious decks with stunning coastal views. Whether enjoying a refreshing beverage on the deck and watching the sunset over Apalachicola Bay, or relaxing by the private swimming pool and soaking up the Florida sun, hanging out in the hot tub, there are lots of outside space to enjoy. Other outdoor amenities include private, covered parking, and gas barbecue grill. Best of all, for an additional fee, the golf cart is the perfect way to load up for the short drive, just a few blocks away, to the beach access point for a day on our award-winning sugar sand beaches! INTERIOR TOUR The interiors of this charming beach house are decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind. The open living/dining/kitchen area welcomes guests with multiple gathering places. The living area with beautiful wood floors offers comfortable sofas, armchair, and a large flat screen TV. There is plenty of seating at mealtime at the large rustic farm table seats 8, and additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island barstools. The spacious kitchen offers lots of counterspace, stainless appliances, and is stocked with everything that is needed to prepare coastal feasts. Sleeping accommodations at Sunset Bay offer 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There are 3 king master bedrooms, each with a private, spacious bathroom. Two king master suites have breakfast bars with mini fridges, and comfortable seating that creates a private oasis for guests. The twin bedroom also has a full bathroom, and all bedrooms have flat screen TV’s. There are 4 rollaway cots for extra guests, so sleeping options abound at this beach vacation getaway! Additional amenities at this property include two full washer and dryer (one on each floor), and a half bathroom. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited St. George multiple times and this house was on of our all time favorites. Beautiful home and well stocked for our needs. We had 3 couples and two adult children with us and had plenty of space for all. We spent a lot of our time on the front poor which was comfortably furnished. Also want to give a shout out to the cleanliness of the home! We had a fabulous time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at Sunset Bay. 4 adults 4 kids. The house was perfect! The sunsets in the patio were amazing. The home was so spaced out we never felt like we were on top of of each other. The house had everything we could think of and more. Highly recommend renting the golf cart with your stay. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was clean and stocked. All the amenities we needed were there. The doors (front and side/porch doors) could use a little maintenence as they didnt close/stay closed well with large amount of wind we experienced during our stay. Nothing very major. We overall really enjoyed our stay.
