Close to public transportation. 5 min drive to amazing hiking-biking trail with great views. The best place to be in Ogden! The owners will leave their car in the garage. One room in the basement will remain locked with personal items. There is a driveway and street parking available. We have a doorbell with video camera, and a security camera on the patio. There are no cameras in the house itself. We have and ADT alarm with subscription that may be used by our tenants, for your peace of mind.
