This is my second visit to this hotel: clean and safe, great location, lots of food places close by.

I work with electric company that's doing the new crisp hospital and we have tools on our truck so we wanted safe lit parking lot and this hotel has best lit parking which you can see from your room window. price was good.

Was not able to check in supposedly due to the computers were down. Had to try and cancel reservation but desk clerks would not answer phone when representative from Expedia called them.
A simple task of cancelling and refunding my monies has turned into a 24 to 72 hour fiasco

Property is being upgraded but the flooring was dirty. The tub shower faucet was modified with some kind of joystick. The room was in good condition but the bathroom condition cancelled that. When we checked in, we were handed one set of bath towel, wash cloth and hand towel.

Outside atmosphere not attractive and noise at night outside lobby door was locked and it took a while for front desk Clark to answer and check us in.

Absolutely disgusting. Upon checking in, front desk clerk couldn’t even say hello let alone understand anything I was saying and could barely speak a word back. Tried to charge me for room but I prepaid. Room was dirty and not cleaned well at all. Toothpaste still in sink, shower falling apart. Wook up to cockroaches on table and sink area. Worst stay ever, pictures they have on listing are very deceiving.

The front desk took a long time to check me in. I had to go back several times to give them my credit card information. Room was adequate.

We had a suite and there was nowhere to sit
Ice bins were broken and we were told we would have to go across the street to get ice
The only comfortable thing wàs the bed.
