Very comfortable for a large group.
The shower in one of the bathrooms was functioning properly and sprayed water all over the bathroom.

Die Unterkunft ist an sich sehr gut ausgestattet: Es gibt mehrere Badezimmer (ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad und WC, ein weiteres mit Dusche und Waschbecken, zusätzlich noch ein WC sowie ein Bad mit WC und Dusche). Küche ist gut eingerichtet, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, kleine Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine mit Pads funktioniert (Filtermaschine leider nicht). Die Raumaufteilung ist praktisch, und mit dem Zugangscode hat alles problemlos geklappt. Auch der Vermieter hat schnell und freundlich auf Fragen reagiert.
Negativ aufgefallen ist leider die Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung war insgesamt etwas dreckig, insbesondere im Bad (Dusche mit Schimmel). Für den Preis hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Sauberkeit erwartet – die Gegebenheiten wären eigentlich ideal, nur die Pflege lässt zu wünschen übrig. Dadurch war es etwas ungemütlich.
