Condomio recente pulito in zona tranquilla a pochi passi dalla via principale e dalla spiaggia. All'entrata c ' e quasi sempre un concierge, ci ha aiutati la prima sera arrivati tardi e stanchi a cercare le chiavi aprire etc. Parcheggio sotterraneo per la macchina con accesso al piano con ascensore.Francesco molto reattivo e gentile comunica via whatsapp e sempre disponibile
Tutto era perfetto, aggiungerei un telo per ombra essendo su roof top per poter stare seduti fuori senza essere in pieno sole

A piscina privativa é um diferencial, as camas confortáveis, a cozinha bem equipada. O Anfitrião foi super prestativo para as dúvidas que tínhamos. Foi tudo ótimo.

Great place to stay at. It’s a quiet zone that’s only two blocks from 5ta Avenida. Lots of places to shop and get groceries. The building is secure and has its own private underground parking garage. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you’ll need to comfortably live there. The private pool was crystal clear and is big enough to actually swim around in.
Only things to mention are that the key to enter the apartment was a bit hard to turn once inside the keyhole, the shower is a bit dark, and the hallway on the fourth floor had no lights on at night.
