El alojamiento muy confortable, prolijo y limpio. Tenia todo lo necesario para disfrutar, tanto de las instalaciones del departamento como de la pileta. A pocos metros de la 5° Avenida y tambien de la Playa. La administracion siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. Si volvemos lo volvería a elegir.

El departamento es amplio y muy bien iluminado. Cuenta con dos habitaciones muy cómodas. Dos baños completos. Vajilla completa y de muy buena calidad. Smart TV en cada ambiente. Camas muy cómodas. Suficientes sábanas y toallas para toda la estadía. La piscina del rooftop nos encantó y que tenga gimnasio está muy bueno. Nos gustó mucho el lobby también y que provean de jabón y champú. En el living comedor había suficiente espacio como para tomar mis clases de yoga online.
Que no habían verificado algunas cosas antes de que entremos por lo que tuvimos que pedir que nos habiliten la caja fuerte, que nos arreglen la jarra eléctrica para calentar agua, que arreglen la campana de la cocina y la venta de uno de los dormitorios no se podría abrir por lo tanto no se podía ventilar. Por suerte solucionaron todo ante nuestro pedido, pero teníamos que coordinar los horarios para que venga el personal de mantenimiento y eso es un poco molesto en vacaciones. Muy mala calidad del champú y el acondicionador.

The apartment is big and well equipped.
Very modern, big terrace, lots of natural light and beautiful decoration.
The staff of the building is not specially nice, but it was ok.

The biggest highlight of Shore is the location. It’s within easy walking distance of the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants thanks to its proximity to 5th Avenue. If you’re looking for a convenient spot in Playa del Carmen, this place has that going for it. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was a huge letdown.
It’s frustrating because the location is fantastic, but the lack of upkeep and misleading amenities really soured the experience. The listing prominently features a hot tub and sauna, but when we asked, we were told that they had been removed, even though they were still pictured on Booking.com at the time of check-in. Also, oddly missing the carpet from the room photos. The sheets in the bedroom had yellow stains, which was pretty unsettling, and the safe in the second bedroom was broken. Several fixtures weren’t functioning properly, including the rim lights in the family room/kitchen, the blinds in the family room, which only went halfway up. The lights in the second bedroom had an annoying issue where they would constantly flicker on and off for no apparent reason. The dishwasher was broken, displaying an E1 error, which we later found out indicates a water leak. On top of that, the WiFi was extremely slow, and the water pressure was terrible, and the gym AC was broken during our visit. Though these were minor inconveniences compared to everything else.
Overall, it’s frustrating to book a place based on its advertised amenities, only to arrive and find a completely different experience. The lack of maintenance and misleading listing made for a disappointing stay. Unless some improvements are made, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and we certainly wouldn’t return.
