Book your stay today and experience the best of South Bend! The Space: Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. On the first floor, you'll find two of the four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a cozy full bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a busy day exploring the city. Bedroom 2 is equipped with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it the perfect room for kids or groups of friends. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both feature full beds and plenty of space to unwind and relax. There are two full bathrooms upstairs, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space to get ready in the morning or wind down at night. The main floor features a convenient half bathroom, making it easy for everyone to freshen up without having to go upstairs. The living room is spacious and inviting, with plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining room is perfect for enjoying meals together. Outback is a deck with a small table and chairs as well as a charcoal grill. Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: The house is located 5 minutes from downtown South Bend and is a short walk away from the Shetterly Park. The house is also a 5 minute walk from the Birthday Chair Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code.
