The size and cleanliness of the house was fine. But utensils on the house weren’t the best and I think the most disappointing part of the situation was that we paid for 2 days of the heating pool and the pool never heat we told the host and they told us everything was working but it wasn’t the person that went to start the heat pump say that it could take 7 to 10 hours to heat the pool so if the host knew this why didn’t turn it on hours prior to the days we pay for. He start the heating pump the same day and it wasn’t going to heat, we ask for a refund and he refuses to it he offer a late check out saying it would be worth almost the same as the heating pool like that is absurd comparing a late check out with the heating of the pool, more sadly we contact VRBO support and they are also no help they just told us reach out to the host again. It honestly feels like they scam us with the pool. We would definitely never rent this property again and is very disappointing because I do this every year with my family and never had this issue and I would never recommend them to anyone that I know to rent this place again.
