The ground floor features a dedicated in-law suite complete with a convenient full kitchen and a full bathroom. The main floor is designed for household gatherings, with an open layout blending together the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. An oversized sectional and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual family downtime while the billiards room sets the stage for some friendly competition. Plenty of cabinet storage, ample counter space, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances are equipped for family meal planning in the main-floor kitchen. The main-floor deck offers the perfect spot for coffee or cocktails. Three bedrooms are located on the third floor, one of which is the primary suite complete with a large en suite bathroom and private access to ocean and sound-view balconies.
