Close to everything centrally-located 4bdrm /3bath with river access near by. Just steps from the iconic Faust Bridge on the Guadalupe River and all the amenities NBTX/Gruene has to offer. Take part in all the water activities, shopping, nightlife and music that NBTX & Gruene offers come home to all brand new top end appliances, beds and a comfy house to rest away the sun and fun. ( extra guest fee applies for 10+ guests)

This was a perfect multi family get away place. The description was accurate of all the rooms and amenities. We had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were super comfy. The linens and towels were super soft and cozy. We had a tiny issue with an ac leak and they immediately sent someone to fix it. Communication was super easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was close to all the fun things and we walked to the Faust Bridge several times to enjoy the views.
