(We DO NOT provide linens such as sheets and towels. These can be rented and delivered by a local linen service for your convenience. We will text you or call you if the home is ready early. 2. Check-out is no later than 10am. Our cleaning team will arrive at 10am sharp. Please be sure to be completely checked out by this time. Please text us as you are leaving. 3. No over occupancy. At no time should there be more than 17 guests occupying the property. 4. No parties or events at this property. This property is intended for family units to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a clean and beautiful environment. We take great pride in providing a beautiful and clean space for our guests. Please treat our home as you would like your home to be treated. 5. No smoking in this home, no exceptions. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts properly. 6. No pets, no exceptions. 7. Please do not leave doors and windows open with a/c on. This could cause the a/c to freeze up and leave you with a hot vacation. 8. Please do not reset the router.
