Me and my boyfriend stayed at this beautiful cozy apartment and it was perfect for us. Many locations near by and we were able to enjoy a beautiful 3 day vacation.

While not being totally objectionable, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the apartment. Whether that be the bakes-on grit on the stove, the coffee stains on the counter, the mold on the shower curtain, the grime in the tub, and the fact that the bathroom sink did not drain properly, we were simply less than thrilled. The hosts were prompt with responses and we didn't have any problems with them, but the whole vibe of the place was gray and dreary and unwelcoming. Neither of the space heaters in the bedroom worked, the apartment was freezing when we got there, and there was just a lack of thought and effort evident throughout. Nothing egregious but small things like the fact that the wall-mounted TV doesn't actually pull out or rotate because the cord is too short, or that the curtain on the front door is too low for privacy, or that the full-length mirror is not set up to actually offer a full-length view, and the two chairs in the apartment are weird uncomfortable outdoor chairs. There weren't even any instructions like how to cleanup on departure. It just seemed like we had rented a place with a cheap uncaring landlord. Again nothing terrible, so if you just want a place to sleep it might be okay, but this is not a place you'll want to spend any time.

Came back to Burlington for a concert and to visit and this was a great spot to be able to walk to the waterfront and downtown. We ended up staying more time in the apartment on a rainy day curled up on the couch and we had a great time.

My sister and I stayed in this apartment. She took the couch, I took the bed. Both were comfortable. It was easy to find, just as described, and clean. No frills but just what we were looking for for a short stay. The property manager was excellent. She responded quickly to any questions I had and had a very good sense of humor to boot! It is not a five star property but the five stars were earned because they gave us exactly what they promised!

I travel often and lean on the picky side. This place is in a great location and is clean! For the price this more than worth it.

The place is in a perfect spot right in Burlington where it is a short 10 minute walk to Church Street, Main Street, and the boardwalk. The apartment is small but perfect size for two people who aren’t looking to spend a crazy amount at the hotels in Burlington. Would for sure stay here again when we come back!

One way streets made it kind of difficult to find, but once I got there it was fine. Couldn't find sugar or cream for coffee so I drank it black. Minor things - I would recommend them anytime. Very helpful with directions and how to navigate the one way streets. I will stay there again when I am in Burlington and it is available. Close to restaurants....no muss no fuss.
