We are dog/pet friendly with a $75 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions. Coded entry is under the covered porch in the front of the home. Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code. There are 2 owners closets that are locked, but the rest of the home is yours to enjoy! We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay. Home is in a residential neighborhood that is golf cart friendly. When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. Hot tub is NOT available from May 1 - August 31. Guests found tampering with the hot tub outside of its availability are subject to immediate termination of their stay AND/OR a hot tub drain and full service fee. Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week.
