Cozy little cottage which we enjoyed. Love the back porch area and available laundry:)

Access to Pinellas trail and major roadways was easy. Only downside was no bathroom fans or clothes dressers. Communications were timely and efficient. Owner accommodated early checkin once cleaning crew was done.

Location was great. Space was great. Indoor table and chairs for dining, playing games etc would be a great addition. The light out in the screened in porch is not bright enough for dining or game playing at night.
Host responded in a timely manner for a couple of concerns and took care of them immediately. We were very pleased with our stay there.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Great proximity to the wedding we were attending and lots of things to do. No complaints.

The cottage and location was perfect and had everything we needed for a wonderful girls get away. It was comfortable, clean and exactly as expected. The proximity to town is an easy walk and there is something for everyone in the awesome town of Dunedin. The property managers were the best in all respects of being excellent hospitality hosts. Thank you!

Enjoyed three evenings here exploring Dunedin. The home is perfectly located, super close to downtown in a quiet area. The home is exactly as described and very clean. The beds are comfy and the linens are nice. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared to be well-appointed. We rented a golf cart to explore the area. Our dog was appreciative of the canine treat canister!
