Pest Control comes every 6 weeks to do the exterior. They don't enter the home (they use the side gate to get to the backyard) and they don't use harmful chemicals so your family and pets are safe :) Landscaping is done every other Thursday between 10 AM and 12. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
