This condo is the perfect place to stay -- located very near the beach at Harbor Island via boardwalk and just a couple of miles from Hunting Island State Park. Of course, Beaufort is nearby, with its beautiful riverwalk, shops and restaurants. So much to do in this area, and the property is especially updated and clean. Also, the pool is only steps away from the back porch. I highly recommend this property.

The condo is convenient to all of the amenities, pool, beach and Beaufort’s waterfront district. I think the condo needs attention, but it was nicer than staying in a hotel and offered an in unit washer/dryer which I had to bleach to get clean. Front loaders need to have the door left open to dry out after usage. We had to vacuum the whole unit and wash the comforter, blanket and sheets because they were not clean smelling. The bed was made and sheets were on it nicely, but I just didn’t think it smelled clean. Outside of that I left it cleaner than I received it. A new cleaning crew would be an upgrade. The condo had all the necessary creature comforts like nice coffee maker and good size coffee mugs, clean fridge, nice bath towels etc. Just know that you can’t sit on the back deck if it is raining or you will get rained on because the deck above is not covered like a roof. The grills outside are charcoal and were a nice feature to be able to use. The pool is steps away as well as the boardwalk to the beach. This was a very nice and safe place to stay. The beach is wonderful to walk on at low tide and to sit and enjoy the waves. We rode bikes throughout the different sectors on the resort area. The contact point person was very accessible and answered my questions very quickly. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation and didn’t go to hang out inside the condo so we were happy with the overall experience I just wish it had been received a lot cleaner. Wash detergent was furnished, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent and coffee pods. Make sure to take Nonstick Reynolds Wrap for the grill should you decide to cook outside the unit.
