This was my third time staying here, I love the location because it is close to both, the train station and the the bus terminal.and very close to chatuchak market

Comfortable bed, nice shower, good atmosphere.
It was not in a central location but if you use any kind of transport you should be just fine.

Helpful and nice personnel, with exceptions
The pool is very tiny and was light green from algae.
And we met a unhelpful kitchen boss lady. We just wanted a knife to cut a fresh mango in our room and already had plates there since we ordered food earlier. First she said it’s impossible, then complained a lot, then didn’t let the friendly waiter give us what we needed, then demanded extra payment. This is supposed to be a five star hotel, it didn’t feel like it
