시설이 너무 깨끗하고, 마트에서 장봐서 요리하며 지내기에 너무 좋은 시설을 가지고 있습니다. 주차는 전용 지하주차장이 있어서 너무 좋았고, 구시가지는 집 앞에 4번 버스를 바로 탈 수 있어 접근성도 너무 좋네요. (구시가지 근처는 출입통제구역이 있어 어짜피 렌트카로 못들어감) 동네에 있으려면 LAPAD 지역이라 인근 식당이나 해변도 좋았어요.

The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything necessary. It is very spacious and bright. The location is extremely convenient—close to beaches, shops, and a bus stop—and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was always quick to respond and kindly accommodated our requests; we thank him for everything.We definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment has certainly a 4 star finish. The entrance and corridors were spotless, as was the apartment. Very comfortable bed, modern kitchen with all facilities and great modern bathroom. Everything was finished to a high standard. The owner was very easy to deal with and answered any queries we had in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Dubrovnik. Apartment is very close to the beach, shops and the bus stop.

Bardzo wygodne, nowe i doskonale wyposażone mieszkanie w dzielnicy Lapad, blisko pięknej zatoki i plaży. Mnóstwo barów i restauracji w okolicy oraz duży sklep. Do starego miasta można dojechać w 15 minut autobusem nr 6. W odległości 2,5 km jest port oraz dworzec autobusowy - można samodzielnie pojechać promem na wyspy elafickie, na Korculę oraz do Ston.
