The area is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and the apartment complex is surrounded by green spaces, trees, and parks, providing a serene and relaxing environment. The neighborhood is known for its proximity to the University of Michigan (3 miles), Eastern Michigan University (4.5 miles), and the vibrant downtown area of Ann Arbor (3.5 miles). Additionally, the neighborhood is easily accessible via public transportation and major roads, making it easy to navigate and get around. Getting Around: • Car: Accessible via major highways (US 23/M-14, I-96). To enhance safety and security, all guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes ID and selfie uploads. Guests will receive an online Boarding Pass with access instructions. Long-term rentals (30 days or more) will require signing a residential rental agreement, renters’ insurance ($6.00 per mo.) and a security $1,000 security deposit.
