This is a quiet brand new second floor studio that is available for short term or long term rent. It has a full kitchen, dining area, dining set and a queen bed (also a queen air mattress upon request). There's basic essentials in the bathroom and dishes and cookware in the kitchen available for your use. There is also a small fenced backyard with bbq available privately for your use. No smoking in the house please, no pet please.
